 | I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. The salesperson who helped me get my vehicle was Sam and he was awesome. I was approved the first day I walked in and the vehicle was in good condition and clean when I drove it off of the lot. The check engine light came on, the right hub is bad, the oil needs changed and the plugs need checked. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. The salesperson who worked with me was Bert and he is a great salesperson. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I picked it up and I have not had one issue with the vehicle since I drove it off of the lot. I was approved the first day I went in. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. I had to bring my vehicle in to get a sound fixed, a handle broke off, the rear defroster didn`t work, the thermostat was bad and there was no spare tire on the vehicle. It took all day and was covered under warranty. The staff treated me very well and I have not had any other problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2008 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I did not have any heat in my car, so my vehicle was in the shop for about one day. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. My CD Player will not work, but the staff will not fix it. The staff keeps saying that since the radio works, they will not fix the CD Player. I am fustrated that they will not fix my CD Player, becuase the radio works. The staff did a good job during the service of my vehicle.

 | I own a 1998 Dodge Dakota. My salesman was in the first office on the left. He had on a baseball hat and looked like he was ready to go home. His customer service was ok. The car had a few issues when I got it. The driver`s side mirror was cracked and the control arm for it was missing. The spare tire was also missing. Other than that the car was clean and in good running condition. I currently do not have the car. I am picking it up on Wednesday. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1998 Ford Contour. I brought my car in because it was running rough. They had the car all day but could not fix the problem. It was under warranty. I did not get a receipt. The staff was alright. The car still runs really rough, the check engine light is on, the brakes are not running right and I have to floor the pedal to get it to reach 35 MPH. Overall, my experience was negative because of all the problems that are not being fixed and everything seems to be going wrong with the car.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I took my car into the shop for an oil change and my check engine light was on. It was in the shop for a day and a half. It was under warranty. I did not receive paperwork or a receipt. The staff were alright. But it took a long time for the parts to come in. There are no problems with my car at this time. My overall experience was neutral because it took a while to get the part and have my car fix. It was just a long, drawn out issue.

 | I own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am. I had my car in to have the water pump serviced; the service was done quickly, it was covered under my warranty, and I recieved paperwork when the service was completed. The staff was good, and my car is doing good today. Overall, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive; I have no complaints.

 | I own a 2004 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought my car in to get the horn fixed, and to get an inspection sticker. The service was completed quickly. The car was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were fine as far as customer service. My car is doing okay today. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2008 Mercury Sable. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because the engine light was on and my heater was broke. It was serviced in one day, and I did not have to pay anything. I was not given a receipt and the customer service was great. The heater works now, but the car jerks, cuts off on me, and the engine light is still on. I`m taking it in on Wednesday for them to fix it.

 | I own a 2003 Hyundai Elantra. My salesperson was Alisha whose customer service was good. My vehicle was in good condition when I received it and I don`t have any problems with the vehicle now. It took about 3-4 hours over a total of 2 days for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was very nice, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Maria. Her service was great. The car was in good condition and clean when I got it. I was approved for the car the same day. Now the car seems to be vibrating in the front of the car--I will be having that checked out soon.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus. My experience was neutral because the car wasn`t clean when I got it, and it didn`t have any gas in it either. Chris was my salesperson. My car was running well when I got it, but it was dirty and didn`t have any gas. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The brakes are making some noise, and I want to have the transmission checked.
