 | I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for an oil change and to have my ball joints replaced. It was at the shop for a couple of days. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were excellent. The door ajar light keeps popping on in my car when the door is closed and it is starting to make a noise underneath.

 | I own a 1998 Ford Escort. I brought it in for the transmission. It was there for about 2 weeks and I had to pay for it. THe price was reasonable and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff was fine. The experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I took the car to the service center to get a oil change, and it didnt take long at all. I had to pay five dollars for it, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car at this time. The staff was real nice, and overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2008 Chrysler VOYAGER. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for and oil change and it was quickly serviced. I am not sure if I had to pay anything and I was given a receipt. The customer service was awesome as usual. There are no problems with my car now.

My vehicle was clean and in good condition when I picked it up and is running well today; I just got it home in fact. I was approved the same day for my purchase, and overall, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I took the car to the service center to have the rear brakes and struts replaced. I didnt get the car back till the next day. All the work that was done was covered under warranty, but they gave me a receipt back. The car pulls to the left so I need to take it back and have it checked out. The staff treated me real nice. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Impala. I puchased my vehicle from an older white gentleman who works at multiple stores. The customer service was good. The vehicle was in good condition and I don`t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took about 3-4 hours to be approved for the vehicle and my overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Lincoln Continenta. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Bob, and he was beautiful in terms of customer service. They fixed a few problems on the vehicle so when I got it, it was clean and in good condition. I was approved the same day, and there are no current issues with the vehicle. I have only had it for a few days however, so time will tell. The experience was good, but there was just a lot of paperwork.

The engine seems to be having some problems with starting and it sticks in first gear sometimes also. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I took the vehicle in because I needed an oil change and my windshield wipers stopped working. I dropped the car off in the morning and picked it up around 6,00pm. I had to pay for the repairs but I think the price was fair. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle right now. The customer service that I received was excellent. I wish the store had a policy that they could do a drop off service because I had to catch a bus to get to work while the vehicle was being repaired. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. My experience was positive. Brian was my salesperson. My car was pretty clean when I got it, and it was running just fine. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. I can smell burning oil coming from the car now.

I have to take the vehicle back now to get the motor mounts replaced. The customer service is good and my overall experience was positive.
