 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Bob, and he provided excellent customer service. He was an awesome dealer to work with. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. The day after I got the vehicle the check engine light came on, and it is still currently on.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. My check engine light was on, and my vehicle was in the shop for one day. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that my vehice was in the shop.

 | I own a 1998 CHEVROLET S-10. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because my check engine light was on. It was fixed really quick. It was under warranty. I need to go and pick up my paperwork. The staff were excellent. My check engine light is back on again so I will be taking it back to the shop soon.

 | I own a 2005 Dodge Neon. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because of the breaks and the check engine light was on. It was quickly serviced, but I couldn`t pick it up until a part came in for the engine. I had to pay a reasonable price and I am not sure if I was given a receipt. The customer service was fine and there are no problems with the car now.

 | I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for a new trunk release. It was in the shop for 45 minutes. It was under warranty. I did not receive paperwork or a receipt. The staff were very good. Now I need my brakes inspected.

 | I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. My sales person was Russ. I was there for a couple of hours each time I went in, and I went in about 2 or 3 times. The car was in good condition when I got it and there are no problems at all. The staff there was really nice and the experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. Transmission issues was why the vehicle was brought in recently, and it took over a week for the vehicle to be completed. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was pretty good, but the brakes have issues again. Overall I would rate this experience neutral because I tell them to fix problems and they dont then I have to make appointments to get those issuse serviced.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I brought it in to have a wheel alignment and a ball joint replaced. It was there for a day and I had to pay for it. The price was reasonable and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there was great. The experience was very positive.

It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was wonderful and they bent over backwards for me, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. My salesperson was Jose and his customer service was pretty good. The car was in good running condition when I got it, but it was not cleaned out. I recently had an alignment done and since then I have heard a noise coming from the front tire. Also, the defroster does not work. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

It took a few hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems now. The staff was great, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

I was approved the same day for my purchase, and the vehicle was clean and in good shape when I picked it up. My vehicle is doing good today, and all and all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because it was having problems everytime I pressed the accellerator, and they did a complete tuneup. It was quickly serviced and I did not pay anything. I was given a receipt and the customer service was great. There are no problems with my car now.
