 | I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. I took the car to the service center to get the oil changed, and it didnt take them long at all. I had to pay five dollars for it, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems now. The staff treated me fine. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. I brought my car in because there was a wheel barring messed up. The parts are being ordered so the service has not been completed. It is all under warranty. I have not received a receipt yet. The staff has been good. There are no other problems with the car. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. My sales person was Dave. I was there from about 2,30 until 6,30 and the car was in godo condition when I got it. The power steering pump is blown and I am going in on thursday. The staff there was great and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Lumina. I brought it in for an oil change and the turn signal switch. It was there for about 2 hours and I had to pay for it. The price was reasonable and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there was excellent. The experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Ford Taurus. Scott was the salesperson that worked with me and he was really nice. The vehicle was in really good condition and really clean when I bought it. I was approved the first day I went in and the vehicle has not had a single issue since I drove it off of the lot. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Dodge Dakota. Overall my experience was positive. I had problems with my motor, becuase there is a sound that is comming from it. My vehicle was in the shop for about one day. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. My vehicle is still making a noise, and the staff can`t change the motor in my vehicle. The staff can not change the motor in my vehicle, because they can not find the part for it. It is hard for the service department to diagnose the problem, becuase it only happens at certin times. The staff has been really tried to figure out what is causing the problem, so I have to give them some credit.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. I brought it in for an oil change and to have the traction light fixed. It was there for a day and the service was covered. There was no gas left in the car when I got it back, and that was all I had to pay for. They said they had to drive it around to test. I did get a receipt and there are no problem right now. The staff there was great and really friendly. The experience was very positive.

 | I own a 1999 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and my vehicle was in the shop for 30 minutes. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I cururently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the oil change on my vehicle.

 | I own a 1999 Ford Taurus. The vehicle was recently brought in for an oil change, and it thirty mintues at the most for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My sales person was Matt. I was there on and off for about 5 or 6 days. The car was in descent condition when I got it but the power steering pump was bad, and the heater wasn`t working. They have most of it fixed already but I am still waiting on some of the parts to come in. The staff was alright and the experience was neutral because I had a truck previously but it was a piece of crap and I decided to get out of it and into this new car, but now I owe twice as much as I did.

 | I own a 1996 CHEVROLET Lumina. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change and to have my brakes inspected. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork. The staff were great. There were no problems with my car at this time.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. I took the car to the service center because the sun roof was leak, the fog lights would stay on, and there was a humming sound coming from the fuse box. They were good about getting the car back to me that day. All the work that was done was covered under warranty, but they gave me a receipt anyways. The car is still leaking, but I have to take it back in because they ordered a part to have it fixed. The staff treated me good, and my overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Chrysler 300M. I purchased my vehicle from Drew who was great. I was in and out in about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. The vehicle was in good condition when I received it but this morning I have noticed two problems. My power steering pump is making a whinning noise that gets louder when you turn the wheel. Also the brake light came on this morning and started making a beeping noise. My overall experience is positive.

 | I own a 2004 Hyundai Elantra. Overall my experience was positive. I brought the vehicle in because the car was shaking and needed 4 new tires. It took about four hours and I did not get a receipt for the work. The staff were pretty friendly and the car has been driving fine since I got it back.
