 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2008 Nissan Altima. I had my car in for an engine replacement service. The service took about 3 weeks. The price seemed fair, and I recieved paperwork when the service was complete. The staff in the service department was o.k, and I haven`t had much of a chance to drive my car because of all the snow out here. Overall, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be neutral; I felt the service should have been covered under my warrenty, and I was still asked to pay once the service was complete. I feel there were unfair charges for the service, including $45.00 for a test drive once the engine was replaced! When the issue first occured, no one at the dealership seemed to be in any hurry to help me get the car in and worked on; I asked for a loaner vehicle, explaining that if I was not mobile, the bills would not be paid, especially the JD Byrider bill; after 3 weeks, the dealership called and told me there was a new issue with the engine, and I was offered a loaner vehicle; When I went in to pick up the loaner, I was told there was a misunderstanding, and that my car was ready to go.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. I took the car to the service center because it was running hot. I got the car back that day because they didnt find anything wrong with it. I didnt have to pay anything for the work, and they didnt give me anything back. I parked the car earlier and there was a antifreeze leak. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

I received paperwork for the service. The customers service was excellent. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. I recently brought the vehicle in for an oil change, and it didnt take long at all for the vehilce to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did not receive a receipt for the service. The staff was really nice, but the change oil light is on now only after two weeks. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. I took the car to the service center to get the oil changed and the check engine light looke at because it was on. It took them about an hour and a half to get the car back to me. I had to pay five dollars for the oil change, but they gave me a receipt back. I have to take the car back in because the change oil light came on. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle. Everything was very positive about my experience.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was positive. Ryan was my salesperson and he did a good job. The vehicle was clean when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. I had to have a new engine put in it recently and the check engine light just came on recently. Ryan has been really good about everything.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I dont remember if I got a receipt for the service. The staff was pretty good, and the vehicle has no problems now. It was not under warranty but the price was fair. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were great. There are no problems with my car at this time.

It was not covered under warranty but the price was right. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were excellent--I love J.D. Byrider! My car was overheating recently and that`s the only concern I have for the car at this time.

 | I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was John, and he was really nice. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. The molding on one of the doors and a mirror currently need worked on, but everything else seems fine. Some of the information in the closing video was different from what I was told by the staff, and we needed clarification on that. To improve, I suggest to make sure the employee`s know all of the information so everyone is on the same page.

I believe the cost was covered under warranty, and I am not sure if we got paperwork with the service. The staff there have been nice so far, and there are no current problems with the vehicle that I know of.
