    I own a 1999 Ford Taurus. I took the vehicle in because the brakes were going bad and there was a problem with the transmission. They kept the vehicle for 2 1/2 days for the repair. I had to pay for the parts but I think the price was fair. I received paperwork and a receipt on the repairs that were performed. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle now and the customer service was very good. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. My service engine light was on, and my vehicle was in the shop for about three hours. My service bill was fair, and I received was fair. The customer service was excellent as always, and I do not have any problems with my vehicle. The staff did a good job during the service of my vehicle.

    I own a 2002 SATURN SL1. Overall my experience was positive. I had to bring my vehicle in to get an oil change and it took around twenty five minutes. The work was covered under warranty and the staff did give me a receipt. I have not had any other issues with the vehicle since I got it back.

    I own a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was a black female with micro-braids. Her service was great. The car was in good condition but it was not clean in the inside. I was approved for the car the same day. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 1999 Plymouth Breeze. I took the car to the service center to have the ball joints and brakes replaced. They got the car back to me later that day. I had to pay a hundred and thirty five dollars for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Van. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and it took one day to get it back. I got a receipt and the work was covered under warranty. The staff were good to me while I was in the shop. I have not had a single issue with the vehicle since I got it back. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Michelle, and she was great in terms of customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle that I know of.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Dave was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle and the vehicle that I purchased was in good shape when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was excellent, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 TOYOTA Corolla. I brought my car in because the clutch did not work. The service was completed quickly. The clutch was not covered, so I paid a fair price. I received a receipt. The staff were good as far as customer service. My car is doing fine today. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Chrysler VOYAGER. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Higgins, and he provided awesome customer service. He went out of his way, and they even stayed after closing to help us out. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle. Everything was awesome working with JD Byrider.

    I own a 2000 Nissan Quest. I had my car in to have a routine oil change, and also to have the fluids checked and changed. The service was done quickly, and was free; I recieved paperwork at the completion of the service. My vehicle is doing o.k. today, but seems to be running a little rough; I need to talk to the mechanic about that! The staff is pretty decent, and overall, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. I had my car in for service on the brakes, and the service was done quickly, was covered under my warrenty, and I was given a receipt when the service was complete. The staff was very good, and my car is doing fine today. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Focus. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my vehicle in because my transmission was flipping. The service was ok I guess they had my vehicle about 3 days. The vehicle was under warranty so I didn`t have to pay for the service. I haven`t recieve a reciept yet for the service. The vehilce is running great today. The staff did a better job this time as far as customer service.
