 | I own a 1998 Mercury Mystique. I brought my car in to have the transmission rebuilt. It took four or five days to complete. It was not covered under warranty, but I paid a fair price. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was good. Currently the car is making a funny noise. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle would not start up, so I had service. I had a new starter installed, and I had an oil change too. My vehilce was in the shop over the weekend, and my service bill was fair. I received paperwork, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle. The customer service was fair, and they did not charge me any thing for the service. My vehicle this problem with the starter since I bought the vehicle, so I am glad that the staff has finally fixed the problem.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 CHEVROLET S-10. I brought my car in to add a fuel injectior, smoke pump, new censor and a tune up. It took 6 hours to fix everything. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was great. The check engine light keeps coming on. Overall, my experience was neutral because I keep having to come in and have everything checked up on, and the only ones working with me are Greg, Chad and Ron from CNAC.

 | I own a 1998 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil leak, and the service took about half of a day. I had to pay for the service, and I felt the price was very fair. I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there treated me very well. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Venture. My experience was neutral because I had to return the van that I had just purchased, because it was a piece of junk. Ginger was my salesperson. I originally bought a 2001 Ford Windstar, but I returned it for a 2001 Chevrolet Venture. The van wasn`t clean when I got it, but it was running better than the Windstar. I was approved for the van in one day. Financing and approval was explained to me the last time that I was at the dealership. The new van has been running alright, but I`ve only had it for about a week.

It was not under warranty but the price was fair. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were great--everything was perfect. There are no problems with my car at this time.

It was in the shop for a day or two. it was under warranty. They told me that I would receive my paperwork in the mail--I never got it. The staff were fine. The check engine is still popping on when they said it was fixed.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. I worked with Norm and Jonathan and they did just fine with me. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. I have not had any problems with the vehicle at all. The finance people asked some questions that made me nervous.

I worked with Tammy on the purchase of my vehicle; she was great and the truck was clean and in good shape (other than the carpets that needed to be shampooed), I was approved the same day, and my truck is running good today. Overall, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2002 Mitsubishi LANCER. I took my vehicle in to get an oil change and they told me there were some other parts that needed to be replaced. They kept my vehicle for 8 hours for the repair but it was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork and I don`t have any problems with the vehicle now. The customer service was very good and my overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My experience was positive. Chris was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car within a couple of days. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.
