    I own a 1998 Chrysler VOYAGER. My sales person was Dan. I was there for a few hours and the van was in good condition and clean when I got it. There were a few little problems but they already know and have agreed to fix everything. The staff was really friendly and the experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I recently brought the vehicle in for mostly engine service, and it took a few hours for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was pretty good, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. Overall I would rate this experience neutral beceause the vehicle always has issues.

    I own a 2000 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was positive. My window regulator broke, so I had service. My vehicle was in the shop for about two days. I was currently having problems with my radio for a while, but it does not do that any more. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. The warranty, did not cover the window, so I had to pay for that out of my pocket. My serivce bill was fair, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle. The staff did a good job during the time that my vehicle was in the shop.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. My overall experience was very positive. I took my car into the shop to have the fuel pump replaced. It was finished the next day. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork. The staff were great. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Pontiac Montana. I took my car into the shop for an inspection. It was in the shop for two days. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were ok. The manager was horrible and the girl working the desk was very rude to me when I came in to pick my car up. However, Willie was very good--he was nice. Thre are no problems with my car at this time. My overall experience was neutral because they were really rude to me when I picked up my car.

    I own a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. I had my vehicle in for service because the engine appeared to be idling to high, and surging. The service was done quickly, was covered under my warrenty, and I recieved paperwork when the service was complete. The staff was good, and the car seems to be o.k., however today after work I had the same kind of issue occur for the first time since the service; the RPM`s shot up, but the engine didn`t seem to surge at all. Overall, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Prizm. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Leo, and he provided good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle. Everything was fine, and I can`t complain about anything.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. I brought my car in to get a converter put on it. The service was completed in about two hours. I had to pay a fair price, and I received a receipt. The staff were alright as far as customer service. My car`s engine light keeps coming on, and the radio doesn`t work. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. I worked with Leah and another nice young lady on the purchase of my vehicle, and they did a great job, and I have no complaints. My vehicle was clean and in good condition when I picked it up, and it is doing just fine today! (although it needs a little gas!) I was approved the same day for my purchase, and all in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive; very positive.

    I own a 2000 TOYOTA Corolla. I brought my car in to get the oil changed. The service was completed quickly. The car was under warranty, and I did not get a receipt. The staff were good, and so is my car now. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. I worked with Tammy on the purchase of my vehicle, and she did a good job. My vehicle was clean and in good shape when I picked it up, but for some reason when you hit 50 mph and then let off the gas pedal, the vehicle shakes; also, when you shut the back door, you can hear glass break and fall down inside the door. I was approved the same day for my purchase, and all in all I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was neutral because they still haven`t fixed the problem with my vehicle. I brought the vehicle in because my lights kept dimming on me . They had the car about a day and they still didn`t fix it. The vehicle was under warranty at the time. I didn`t recieve and paperwork for the service. The vehicle is still having the same problem that it had earlier. The staff is really nice , they are good people just didn`t fix my car.

The problem has still not been fixed yet because the parts are being ordered. It was under warranty. I did not get a receipt. The staff was pretty good. There are no other problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was neutral because of the problems with the car and dealing with some of the people up there.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle was stalling when I came to a stop, and my vehicle made a noise when I turned the steering wheel. My vehicle was in the shop for about one day, and a half. My vehicle was under warranty, but the steering problem was not covered. My service bill was fair, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle. The staff did a good job during the service of my vehicle.
