    I own a 2001 Mercury Cougar. I took the car to the service center to get the oil changed, and it took a good three hours to get the car back. I didnt have to pay for it because I had a free coupon, but they gave me a receipt anyways. I am not having any problems with the car at this time. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Suburban. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and it was quickly serviced. I did not pay anything and I was given a receipt. The customer service was great and there are no problems with my car now.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. I took the car to the service center because the computer chip went out a couple days after I got it. I had to have it towed in and they gave the car back to me that next day at five. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back. I havent had any problems with the car since. The staff treated me very nice. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My sales person was the big guy, with light skin and he sits to the left when you first come in. I was there from 9 until 12 and the car was in good condition when I got it. There was one little problem, where it felt like I might need a new tire rod. I haven`t talked to them about it yet. The staff there was fine and friendly. They got me out as fast as possible. The experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I brought my car in because it needed the transmission replaced. It took a day to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was fine. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was neutral because I had to have the transmission replaced within the first two days of owning the car and I was not too pleased.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I took my car into the shop because it was not starting. It was in the shop for three days. It was not under warranty but the price was fair. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were great but my car is still doing the same thing. I have to find a way to take my car to the shop. My overall experience was neutral because my car is not fixed and it is doing the same thing. But the customer service is great. They are very helpful--I just need my car to start.

    I own a 2000 Plymouth Voyager. I took the car to the service center because I had to replaced the alternator. I got the car back that same day. I had to pay a hundred and fifty eight dollars for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me wonderful. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I purchased my vehicle from the white gentleman who sat in the office that is to the right of the waiting room. The vehicle was clean when I received it but I have a problem with the rear defrost not working properly. When I turn on the defrost it turns the radio off. It took about 4 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle but the customer service was really good. I really like the warranty part. I know we paid more for the car than you would typically but my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford EXP. I took my vehicle in because there was a vibration coming from the passengar side floor board. It was getting bad to where you could hear it. I took the vehicle in on Monday and got it back Tuesday afternoon. It was covered under warranty and I did receive paperwork. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle right now. The customer service I received was fine and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Chrysler Sebring. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for belts and a heater coil, and the service was completed the same day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me just fine, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2008 Ford Windstar. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because it was leaking antifreeze. It took two days to be serviced and I did not have to pay. I was given a receipt and the customer service was good. There are no problems with the car now that I know of.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Neon. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Bob and he was really nice. The car was in good condition and clean for me. I was approved for the car the same day. There are no problems with my car at this time. I was so satisfied with the service that my best friend also purchased a car from the same lot!

    I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and my vehicle was in the shop for about 25 minutes. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently need a new battery, and some new tires on my vehicle. The staff treated me good during the time that my vehicle was in the service department.

    I own a 2005 Chrysler TC. My salesperson was Tony who was really, really good. The vehicle was clean but it had some minor problems. Most of the problems have been fixed except for the driver`s side window doesn`t roll up properly. I think the motor is going out. We were there for 4 hours to be approved for the vehicle but had to go back two days later to complete everything. We were not impressed with the finance guy. He had a bit of an attitude and we were not impressed with him at all. Overall my experience was positive.
