 | I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. I had my car in for a routine oil change; the service was quick, it was covered under my warrenty, and I recieved paperwork when the service was done. My vehicle is doing good, and the service was done by a pretty good staff. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. The vehicle was recently brought in for an oil change, and it didnt take very long for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was nice, but teh vehilce needs a tune up now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 1999 Buick Century. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Don. His service was great. The car was in good condition and clean for me. I was approved for the car the same day. My brakes are starting to squeak and I am taking it to the shop really soon. Other than that I am so happy with my purchase.

 | I own a 2003 Buick LeSabre. Chris was my salesperson. He was really good as far as customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I received it. My car is doing pretty good, except the brakes are squeaking. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Mercury Sable. I brought it in for a replacement motor. It was there for 2 or 3 days and the service was covered. I did get a receipt but recenlty I was in an accident and the car was totalled. The staff there was fine and the experience was positive.

The staff is great, and my car is doing pretty good, although I do plan to bring it in to have some issues looked at. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. I bought my car off of Michelle. She was excellent as far as customer service. The vehicle was clean, but had a scratch on the back. My car is doing better than my truck today. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive just because of Michelle.

The staff was fine, they went out of their way to make it right. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. I took my car into the shop because the driver`s side window does not work. It took all day to fix. The work was not under warranty but the price was fair. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were alright. My window is not fixed--in fact it is glued shut. My overall experience was neutral because my window is not fixed and I paid for it. On top that, the window is glued.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a lightbulb replacement, and the service only took about 30 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there were courtrous, professional, and overall very helpful. They even taught me how to change the bulb so next time I can do it on my own. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2004 Buick Other. The salepserson that helped me select my vehicle was David, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It took a few hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experinece positive.

 | I own a 2001 Chrysler Town & Cou. My sales person was a young man, who was kind of tall and had brown hair. I was there for about an hour and the van was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems right now and the staff there was good. The experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 SATURN L100. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to the service center to get a oil change, and it didnt take long at all. I didnt have to pay for it, but I got a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car at this time. The staff treated me great.
