 | I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I was hearing noises on my vehicle, and there was vibration when I would hit a bump. The staff said that sway bar was the cause of the problem, so I had service on my vehicle. I also had problems with my brakes during the service. My vheicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I still have the same problems with my brakes. It seems like my brakes vibrates when I press on them at a hight speed. I plan to have more serivce on my vehicle in the near future if this problem keeps up. The staff did a good job during the service of my vehicle.

 | I own a 2002 Dodge Durango. I had to take the vehicle in because it would not go in reverse. They kept it a couple of days to be repaired. It was covered under warranty but I didn`t receive any paperwork. Bobby did a good job. I am upset that this store is closing because I can`t deal with the people at the other store. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle now. My overall experience was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. I had my car in for a routine oil change; the service was done in a fair amount of time, this was covered under my warrenty, and I recieved paperwork when the service was complete. The staff is fine, but my car is not; it seems like every time I turn around, there is something new going wrong with the vehicle. Overall, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be negative, because I am not happy with my car, or the way it has performed; but it seems there is no use in complaining anyway.

I was approved the first day I went in and the vehicle was in good condition and clean when I drove it off the lot. The check engine light has been on almost constantly and I have brought it in four times now. Overall my experience was positive.

The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There is one minor problem on the vehicle that I plan to bring in for so they can take a look at it. Other than that, there are no current issues.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was neutral, because I am still having the same problem and they could not find out what is wrong. I brought my vehicle in because the oil light stays on. They test drove it and said they could not find a problem. The vehicle was there for about 30 minutes, and I did not have to pay anything. They said they could start changing some parts to try and fix the problem, but it would not be under warranty. I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there treated me fine. Currently, the oil light is still on, the gas gauge no longer works, and the power sterring fluid is leaking out.
