 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Ford Explorer. I brought it in for the engine light and the oil light. It was there for day and the service was covered. They didn`t find anything wrong with the light being on, but it is back on again. I have not talked to them about it yet. The staff there was nice and have good customer service. The experience was neutral because I was there early and they had to keep the car the whole day and I still don`t know what the problem is.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Expedition. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because the check engine light was on and it was leaking oil. It was in the shop for three hours. It was under warranty. I did receive a receipt. The staff were great. My car is still leaking and I am taking it into the shop in the morning.

 | I own a 2001 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in because I could not get into the trunk, and the service took about 90 minutes. I had to pay for the service, and I found the price to be fair. I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there were nice. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was excellent. Currently the car is having the same problems. Overall my experience was neutral because the car is having the same problems.

 | I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. I brought it in for a problem with the transmission fluid leaking. It was there for about 20 minutes. It was covered and I did get a reciept. There are no problems at all right now and the staff was great. The experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Focus. My experience was positive. Chris was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. I need to have a motor mount replaced, and the car is making a ringing noise as well.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2008 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was negative, becuase my engine light is back on. Every time that I take my vehicle to service, I always have to take my vehicle back again. I had my oil change, and my engine light was on. My engine is back on, and my vehicle was in the shop for about three hours. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. The staff was nice during the service of my vehicle, but I just wish that they would fix my vehicle right the first time.

 | I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Michelle, and she was absolutely wonderful in terms of customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. The drivers window is not working properly, but I have already scheduled an appointment with the service center. There are no other current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2002 Dodge Neon. I had my vehicle in for a routine oil change, and it was done quickly. The price I paid for the service was fair, and I recieved a receipt when the service was completed. The staff is always great, and that the main reason I keep going back! My vehicle is doing good today, and overall, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.
